In order for Rototuna Optometrists to provide services to you during Covid-19 alert levels 2 and 3, we are required to adhere to strict guidelines. This is a difficult time for everyone and hope you can help us keep our families and your's safe by answering these questions.

These questions are to be answered honestly and by the person whom the appointment is for or on behalf of by a parent/guardian/support person.
Do you have any of the following symptoms?
Have you been in contact with anyone experiencing any of the above symptoms in the last two weeks?
Have you returned from travel to or from countries or areas of concern in New Zealand within 14 days?
In order to practice physical distancing, we ask that only the patient enters the practice for the duration of the examination. (with the exception of one support person if necessary) Do you require a support person to attend your appointment?

We ask that only the patient enters the practice for the duration of the examination. (with the exception of one support person if necessary) Please be aware, more than one support person will be asked to wait outside.
Please be prepared for Non-Contact temperature testing upon arrival to the practice.
The practice will be thoroughly cleaned before and after every visitor.
Our staff will be limiting contact and observing the  1 meter distancing rule where we can and wearing a mask when we need to get closer.
When you arrive for your appointment, we ask that you ring the practice from your vehicle and wait for us to tell you it is suitable to enter.
