In order for Rototuna Optometrists to provide services to you during Covid-19 alert level 2, we are required to adhere to strict guidelines. This is a difficult time for everyone and hope you can help us keep our families and your's safe by answering these questions.
These questions are to be answered honestly and by the person whom the appointment is for or on behalf of by a parent/guardian/support person.
Do you have any of the following symptoms?
Have you been in contact with anyone with covid-19 or anyone experiencing any of the above symptoms in the last two weeks?
In order to practice physical distancing, we ask that only the patient enters the practice for the duration of the examination. (with the exception of one support person if necessary) Do you require a support person to attend your appointment?

The practice will be thoroughly cleaned before and after every visitor.
Our staff will be limiting contact and observing the distancing rule where we can and wearing a mask if necessary.
